1. Community Dev. Manager (CDM)
2. Head of Administration (Administration)
3. Assistant Chief (ASK)
4. Assistant Agronomy (ASA)
5. Secretary (SEK)
6. Legal (LEG)
7. Staff HRD (HRD)
8. Accounting & Finance Staff (ACC)
9. Cashier (KSI)
10. Receptionist (RES)

Work Location: Jakarta and Jambi

Requirements:
• No. 1 to 8 of at least S 1 according to the field.
• No. 9 to 10 at least high school education.
• No. 1 to 3 maximum age of 45 years.
• No. 4 to 8 age maximum 30 years.
• No. 9 to 10 the maximum age of 25 years.
• No. 1 to 3 of at least 5 years experience in the same position.
• No. 4 to 8 at least 2 years experience in the same position.
• No. 8 understand the tax calculation.
• No. 8 preferably have worked in Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• No. 1 to 4 over the management of both the garden and the plasma core.
• No. 1 to 4 will be placed in the plantation site.
• Ability to work together in teams.
