The task of this position is with HR help in hiring process and was responsible for the design and promotion of human resource training courses. Responsibility includes designing training materials, preparation and training facilities, perform tasks others relating to training and development.

Qualifications:
Male / Female max 30 years
S1/S2 education with the best graduates (foreign graduates but we also accept local graduates from top universities)
Having at least 1 year experience as a trainer and in the process of recruitment
Communicative and active can speak english (oral & written)
Have the ability to teach & develop training modules
Mastering the techniques of motivation and good presentation
Can work efficiently in both the team work and individual
Inspire participants with a positive impact and have a good mental attitude
Mastering the techniques of coaching, mentoring and counseling
The patient has a personality, creative and flexible
