Job Function
1. Assisting operational offices, shops and warehouses in terms of IT in accordance with the area.
2. GO assist in the installation opening hardware and software stores

Position Specification
# Education DIII/S1 Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
# Age Min. 25-30 yrs.
# Fresh Graduate but preferably one year experience in the field of Support.
# Having strong leadership.
# Have good management skills.
# Able to problem solving, ranging from determining the issues, causes and deal accurately and completely in hardware problems and use of computer
# Able to train operating techniques use hardware and software to users
# Often handles project management.
# Strong analysis skills in the field of software and hardware retail.
# Mastering a programming language.
# Able to work alone or team.
# Able to drive two wheels and four wheels and has a SIM A or C.

Goals and Responsibilities
# Ensure the operational activities of offices, shops and warehouses can be run well.
# Ensure the reports with IT related problems can be resolved properly and quickly.
# Ensure the opening of GO in the installation of hardware and software store in accordance with the procedures and timely.
