1. Senior .NET Programmer

Essential :

Minimum 4 years VB.NET web development
Minimum 4 years .NET 2.0/3.5
Strong MS SQL Server 2005/2008 experience in design, development and performance tuning
Solid experience using HTML, CSS
Experience using Reporting Service
Familiarity of application design and architecture
Enterprise level web development experience

Desirable :

Experience using MVC frameworks.
Experience using JavaScript, JQuery & Ajax
.NET framework 4.0
C# .NET web development

2. Mid Level .NET Programmer

Essential :

Minimum 2 years VB.NET web development
Minimum 2 years .NET 2.0/3.5
Solid experience using MS SQL Server 2005/2008
Solid experience using HTML, CSS
Experience using Reporting Service
Familiarity of application design and architecture

Desirable :

C# .NET web development
Experience using JavaScript, JQuery & Ajax
Enterprise level web development experience
