Requirements:
1. Java Programmer Requirements
Minimal education D3 field of information technology / computer science
Minimum 1 year experience in same field.
Experience / familiar with RDBMS like ORACLE, SQL Server, and My SQL
Accustomed to the frame work java (struts, iBATIS, Hibernate, etc)
Never make an application with java is better value
Familiar with OOP concepts
Willing is not a full time freelance
Accustomed to using a java application server (like Tomcat, JBoss, GlassFish, etc.)
Ability to work with the team.
Accustomed to working in accordance with the target time and deadline

2. PHP Programmer Requirements
Minimal education D3 field of information technology / computer science
Well mastered PHP, MySQL, HTML / XML.
Well mastered the concept of OOP, MVC, and CMS (Content Management System).
Has extensive experience around the site, such as XSS, SQL Injection and Web defacement
Minimum 1 year experience.
Experienced using a JavaScript library (jquery take precedence).
Experienced create web based applications.
Familiar with AJAX, JSON.
Framework used to working with PHP (Code Igniter).
Ability to work in a team
Able to create technical documentation
Mastering HTML, CSS
Quickly adopt new technologies to be implemented into applications
Men / women aged 23-35 years
Able to work under pressure and within limited time
Willing to work beyond normal working hours

3. WAP Programmer
Minimal education D3 field of information technology / computer science
Solid experience with Ajax, XML, at least one programming language (PHP, ASP, JSP).
Minimum 1 year experience in same field
Have experience working on WAP project.
Ability to work in a team.
